Preorder Status
Our project is made-to-order meaning we will not start our production phase until we close preorders. We estimate our production phase lasting about 2 months. Assuming we have no production delays, orders will start shipping by the end of November and early December. We will be posting our latest production updates on our social channels so check those for the latest updates.
Shipping
Where will you be shipping from?
All products will be shipped from the United States of America.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! The only countries that we cannot ship to are listed here.
How long will it take for my physical order to arrive?
✦ United States: 3-7 days
✦ Canada: 7-14 days
✦ International: 2-4 weeks
The shipping services we will use provides door-to-door tracking for these listed countries.
Mailing services tax and fees.
We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur, whether it is custom fees, taxes, or VAT. Any fees required by the mailing services will be under the customer's responsibility. If you do not want to pay the fees, you can refuse the package and it will be returned to us.
Changing Addresses.
If you move or are expecting to move, please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. If you move and don't let us know your new address and your package gets returned to us, you will be expected to pay to have it reshipped to your new address.
Refunds
All purchases are FINAL, no refunds can be given once an order has been made.
Refunds will also not be given to upgrade or downgrade bundles. If you wish to purchase more items, you must do it separately as we will not combine orders.
We are fully responsible in replacing/refund orders that:
✦ Did not arrive due to our negligence (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the buyer).
✦ Are missing items that were listed to be included in the purchase.
We are NOT responsible for refunding/replacing orders that:
✦ Were lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
✦ Were shipped to the wrong address if an address change was not requested.
✦ Become damaged during shipment through the postal service (e.g. packages bent to fit into a mailbox, left in the rain, other mishandlings by the carrier).
✦ Stolen or lost packages (e.g. tracking shows delivered but did not recieve package). Please contact your local post office if this happens.
